PropTech Denmark søger en Communications Associate med flair for kommunikation og grafiske evner.

PropTech Denmark er en non-profit medlemsorganisation. Vores formål er at fremme innovation og digital transformation på tværs af ejendomsbranchen, både i Danmark og internationalt. Vores godt 200 medlemsorganisationer omfatter både ejendomsselskaber, investorer og startup-virksomheder. Vi faciliterer netværk for vores medlemmer gennem en række årlige events og publikationer, foruden løbende kommunikation i form af nyhedsbreve, blogposts, sociale medier og samarbejde med medier og pressen.

Vi søger en motiveret studentermedarbejder med flair for formidling og et skarpt, visuelt blik. Din rolle er primært at understøtte teamet med at skabe en rød tråd igennem al vores kommunikation, branding og visuelle identitet. Du bliver del af en organisation med flad struktur og masser af muligheder for at udvikle dig inden for kommunikationsfeltet, samt opnå hands-on erfaring med stakeholder management. Vi er en lille organisation, hvor alle bidrager til opgaver på tværs og giver en hånd, hvor det er nødvendigt.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Holde overblik over og understøtte produktion af kommunikationsmaterialer, herunder blogs, artikler og slides, til hjemmesiden, præsentationer, publikationer og lignende
  • Udarbejde tekst og grafisk materiale, herunder til publikationer, sociale medier, hjemmeside og nyhedsbreve, i henhold til brandidentitet
  • Bistå med at visualisere data
  • Planlægge og eksekvere opslag på LinkedIn og e-mailkampagner i samarbejde med den kommunikationsansvarlige
  • Bidrage til udviklingen af retningslinjer og sikre sammenhæng på tværs af al PropTech Denmarks kommunikation og branding
  • Hjælpe med eksekvering af faglige events og netværksarrangementer

Vi leder efter dig, som:

  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
  • Har godt kendskab til LinkedIn
  • Har et skarpt grafisk øje og sans for visuel kommunikation
  • Besidder (nogen) erfaring med strategisk kommunikationsarbejde, eksempelvis kampagner
  • Kan tænke i digital formidling i øjenhøjde med forskellige stakeholders
  • Er proaktiv og organiseret
  • Trives i et mindre team, som samarbejder på tværs, men også er i stand til at arbejde selvstændigt
  • Er vant til at arbejde med digitale redskaber og har lyst til at lære nye systemer og arbejdsgange at kende (kendskab til Notion, Hubspot, Keynote og Canva er et plus, men ikke et krav)
  • Har erfaring med eller interesse for at lære om ejendomsbranchen, teknologisk innovation eller det byggede miljø

Stillingen er som udgangspunkt tiltænkt dig, som er i gang med sidste år af din bachelor eller første del af din kandidatuddannelse inden for kommunikation, marketing eller anden relevant uddannelse.   • Lønramme: 145-155 DKK/timen (afhængig af din nuværende erfaring og kompetencer)
  • Arbejdstid: Gennemsnitligt 12-14 timer/uge
