If you have experience with ESG strategy, ESG roadmaps, non-financial reporting frameworks, the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CSDDD, or SFDR in a business context, you might be the perfect fit for our team. Join us as a Senior Management Consultant in our Sustainable Finance practice within Strategic Sustainability Consulting, and make a real impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in sustainable finance, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and CSDDD.
  • Use your expertise to support clients and guide them strategically through their sustainability journeys.
  • Motivate and guide project teams to execute high-profile client projects that deliver both compliance and business impact.
  • Collaborate with our responsible business conduct team to grow and expand our services.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and training on sustainable finance topics for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with colleagues across Ramboll to ensure collaboration within the area of Sustainable Finance.

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • 2-5 years working in sustainable finance, particularly in ESG strategy, regulatory frameworks, and implementation of EU legislation.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale corporate transformation initiatives, ensuring that CSRD implementation is value-driven.
  • Experience advising C-level clients on strategies that align sustainability and long-term business value.
  • Strong familiarity with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
  • A deep understanding of how sustainability trends and themes link to corporate strategy and value creation.
  • A relevant degree, possibly in finance, accounting, economics, law, engineering, sustainable development, or environmental science.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire clients and colleagues.
  • Prior consulting experience is an advantage.
