Company prefers, where commercially practical, that the 'Subcontractor' use Technicians with an associate's degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification. Where the Subcontractor is unable to do this, they will ensure and certify that Technician's meet Subcontractor's own internal required standard.

A 'Client' specific Technician certification program will be introduced during transition by Company. There will be an online test that the new FTE needs to clear after knowledge transfer/onboarding. Any required training will be provided by Wipro and charged on T&M basis.

FTE must have Two to three (3-4) years providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, Network issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.

All onsite Engineers shall be bilingual; they shall be able to speak the in country's local language as their primary language and a good working competence in English as secondary language.

All FTE should possess MAC knowledge (primary and backup) with hands on knowledge of Windows OS. Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows OS. Basic Mac OS support may need to be provided by all FTEs.

Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites. Basic working Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP is expected.

Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software. Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs (approximately 25kgs), subject to any local health and safety regulations.

Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability supported by Company.

Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills under 'Smart Hands' capability supported by Company. All onsite Engineers will adhere to workplace health and safety policy which will be shared with Subcontractor prior expected compliance.

Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time. Good people skills, written and oral communications skills with Client and Company. Backup must be available in case of absence of Primary FTE.
