Vi søger en Critical Services Technician med en stærk teknisk, administrativ & kommunikativ profil til at indgå i vores Datacenter Team. Det nuværende team består af teknikere fordelt på to datacenter lokationer i Københavns området. Du vil være primært på en lokation, men også skulle assistere på det andet efter behov. Vores Critical Services Teknikerne har forskellige baggrunde og aldre. Vi er et team som forstår at have det sjovt, samtidig med at vi yder service i verdensklasse til vores kunde, der beskæftiger sig indenfor IT-industrien.

Du tilbydes en attraktiv stilling, hvor du med reference til Critical Service Supervisoren og vil have ansvaret for den daglige drift af datacentrene, som er fyldt med tekniske løsninger – alt i samarbejde med dine erfarne kollegaer.

De primære opgaver som Critical Services Technician er:

  • Drift ansvarlig for kritisk vedligehold.
  • Vedligehold af bl.a. ventilation, køl, el, VVS, nødstrøm, sprinkleranlæg etc.
  • Koordinering og opfølgning af leverandører.
  • Risiko & interessent analyser.

Arbejdsopgaverne er mangfoldige og trækker på forskellige kvalifikationer og kompetencer. Arbejdskulturen er præget af en dynamisk, varierende og travl hverdag, hvor samarbejde, kommunikation og humor er afgørende for succes og kvalitet. Derfor skal du kunne arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar, når det kræves, og håndtere forandringer, da afdelingen i større eller mindre grad er involveret i alle CBRE GWS' kunder. Du vil komme til at arbejde i et team, hvor alle er meget afhængige af hinanden, hvor man benytter sig af hinandens kompetencer samt viden til, at sikre optimale løsninger og service.

For at kunne lykkes i stillingen, forventer vi at du:

  • Har en relevant baggrund f.eks. som elektriker, El-installatør el. maskinmester.
  • Kan håndtere krav om dokumentation, og du er vant til at arbejde med optimering af processer.
  • Har gode dansk og engelske kundskaber både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Villig til at indgå i vagtordning.
  • Indstillet på at weekendarbejde kan forekomme.
  • Det er et krav du kan PET sikkerhedsgodkendes.
  • Der anses som en fordel, men ikke et krav, at du har været på CDCP eller AOS kursus.

Som person er det vigtigt, at du er serviceminded af natur og forstår værdien af en god kundeoplevelse. Med udgangspunkt i stillingens arbejdsopgaver, er det nødvendigt, at du har detaljesans og kan arbejde struktureret i en hverdag fyldt med mange forskellige opgaver. Det er derfor også vigtigt, at du er god til at håndtere forandringer og kan se nye metoder til opgaveløsning. Slutteligt ser vi gerne, at du er tålmodig og har et smittende godt humør.
