Join our ambitious and fast-growing team in Copenhagen

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician to support our two 24/7 operational facilities. As a key member of the Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance team within Plant Engineering (PLE), you will play a vital role in maintaining our production and utility systems while providing essential support to production and laboratory operations.

Your contributions will help ensure the reliability of our production equipment, enabling us to deliver high-quality products to our customers on time, every time.

About the Team & Department

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the department, production, QA, and other teams, while also contributing to technical projects focused on expanding production capacity. PLE consists of over 45 employees delivering utility operations, building maintenance, technical support, and property services across all areas of AGC Biologics.

Your workday will be dynamic and occasionally fast-paced, involving close collaboration with various employee groups across the company. You will have significant influence over task execution, working closely with users to coordinate and plan tasks for seamless operations.

About the Role

This role involves both practical and administrative responsibilities, emphasizing process optimization and documentation. You will translate technical insight into operational processes that enhance our daily work.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing service and maintenance with external suppliers.
  2. Addressing urgent tasks and providing immediate technical support.
  3. Assisting with production processes and systems.
  4. Driving continuous improvement of maintenance routines and systems.
  5. Collaborating with teammates to ensure stable operations.
  6. Coordinating internal and external resources for service and maintenance tasks.
  7. Supporting documentation and compliance requirements.
  8. Driving technical improvements and innovation.
  9. Participating in the 24/7 on-call duty rotation.

Your Qualifications

  1. Significant experience with production equipment, utilities, and supply systems, or a recent graduate eager to learn.
  2. A relevant background, such as Marine Engineer, Electronics/Automation Technician, or another technical field.
  3. Strong planning and coordination skills, with familiarity with GMP environments being an advantage.
  4. Knowledge of automation and control solutions, along with basic troubleshooting skills.
  5. Proficiency in technical English, as all documentation and communication are in English.
  6. A focused and flexible approach, enabling effective delivery of results through teamwork.
  7. Ability to motivate and engage colleagues while fostering a positive and collaborative culture in a cross-disciplinary environment.

Application

To apply, please submit your CV. We encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet every requirement.

If we see a potential match, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss your application.

If both sides remain positive after this discussion, we will move forward to the assessment stage to evaluate the key skills required for the job.
