About the role

Join the area of NNE where Construction, Commissioning & Qualification Compliance, as well as Digitalisation, plays a crucial role in executing safe, efficient, and predictable projects. A key part of this area is our Site Construction Management department. Here, we make sure that the world's largest insulin production facilities are built to the highest standards.

With over 70 top professional Construction Managers in Kalundborg, our team is growing with the best and most passionate people. That is why we are looking for an additional manager (currently two) to lead and develop around 30 of them.

How you might spend your days
As Manager of Site Construction Management you'll:

  • Recruit, develop and support top Construction Managers on different levels.
  • Support and develop systems and procedures within site management, construction management, construction planning, plan of resources, time, and economy.
  • Use exceptional stakeholder management skills to build and coordinate customer relationships at local site, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
  • Ensure project compliance and ensure that the NNE quality system, standards, and methods, are the basis for execution.
  • Lead by example by involving the Constructions Managers and stakeholders in developing tools, methods, and processes around specific cases, "best practice" and "lessons learned".
  • Work out of Kalundborg, with regular visits to our Head Office in Virum and sites in the Copenhagen area.

The miles you've walked
In all positions, there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Hold solid leadership experience managing large and diverse project teams (perhaps supported by an applicable leadership education).
  • Demonstrated record of mentoring and coaching employees at all levels.
  • Profound site management experience (Site HSE, Construction, Commissioning) and site safety, preferably from pharma, biotech or process industries.
  • A proven track record in leading change management projects.
  • Fluent in Danish and English spoken and written.
