Senior Product Manager at ZeroNorth

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the unification of our operator product portfolio.

You'll lead a newly formed team, leveraging AI and user-centered design to create a cohesive, intelligent interface, significantly impacting operator workflows and efficiency.

Please note this role is based in Copenhagen and currently we do not offer a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Own the end-to-end product strategy for the unified operator experience across the Operator unit.
  2. Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to develop and execute a clear product roadmap.
  3. Leverage AI and machine learning to enable smarter, context-aware operator workflows and predictive insights.
  4. Lead integration efforts to consolidate a diverse product portfolio into a single, seamless platform experience.
  5. Deeply understand our users, through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.
  6. Define and track key product success metrics and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data.
  7. Champion a culture of customer-centric innovation and product excellence across cross-functional teams.
  8. Serve as the voice of the Operator experience within ZeroNorth, aligning vision with company strategy and customer value.

Your profile:

  1. 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or platform-based products with complex user workflows.
  2. Strong experience with AI/ML-driven products or decision-support systems is a major advantage.
  3. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product teams through ambiguity to successful launches.
  4. Deep empathy for users and a track record of delivering intuitive, impactful experiences.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  6. Familiarity with maritime, logistics, or other operationally complex domains is a plus but not required.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
