Din profil

Din fornemmeste opgave bliver at hjælpe vores kundebase gennem tålmodig og dialogskabende support på telefon, chat og e-mail. Det er derfor afgørende, at du er god til at kommunikere med mennesker og hurtigt kan gennemskue og videreformidle den bedste løsning for kunden. For at lykkes i jobbet skal du trives med, at telefonen bliver dit vigtigste redskab.

  1. Har erfaring inden for telefonisk/online support
  2. Har en høj grad af selvstændighed og ansvarsfølelse
  3. Brænder for og har et naturligt drive for proaktiv support
  4. Er god til at håndtere mange forskelligartede sager på samme tid
  5. Har et digitalt mindset og forståelse for at sætte dig ind i nye systemer
  6. Taler og skriver flydende norsk og dansk

Hvad tilbyder vi?

Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling i vores danske support med løn efter kvalifikationer. Din arbejdstid vil placeres á 8 timer mellem 7-17 og kan variere i ferieperioder. Derudover tilbyder vi pensionsordning, sundhedsforsikring og kantineordning samt mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra én dag om ugen.

Oven i hatten får du 15 skønne kollegaer, der brænder for hver deres felt og som løfter i flok. Vi er et team med en uformel omgangstone og et stærkt fællesskab, som bidrager til forretningen.
