Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Facilitator to manage our Copenhagen office. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging workspace while ensuring seamless office operations, fostering a strong company culture, and organizing memorable events for our team.

This is a role for you who thrives on building a positive environment and is passionate about culture, events, and facilitating. Your efforts will directly contribute to a welcoming, collaborative office that reflects the dynamic nature of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the office, greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized office, managing kitchen areas, office supplies, and inventory with precision.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of catered lunches and events, from casual team gatherings to large international events.
  • Foster a positive work culture through proactive internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, handling administrative duties efficiently.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring the workplace reflects our company values of collaboration, inclusivity, and well-being.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, event planning, and culture-building.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both English and Danish.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • A positive, service-oriented mindset and experience creating engaging work environments
