Director, Head of ITQA

Can you balance business requirements and compliance to enable Lundbeck to leverage the potential from Digitalization and AI while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices? Then you might be our new Director of IT Quality Assurance (ITQA).

Your new role

As Head of ITQA, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the integrity, reliability, and compliance of Lundbeck's IT-systems and -services. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements as efficiently as possible.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

1. Lead and manage the ITQA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvements.
2. Oversee the execution of IT quality audits, risk assessments, and validation activities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the IT lifecycle.
4. Manage the resolution of quality issues and non-conformances, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
5. Ensure that the ITQA team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
6. Report on ITQA performance metrics and drive initiatives for process improvements.
7. Ensure that projects are identified, planned and executed according to agreed timelines.

Your future team

You will be the direct manager of 12 skilled ITQA professionals and specialists. You will join the business area Corporate Product Quality who is responsible for ensuring Quality for the commercial Product portfolio at Lundbeck. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be part of the Corporate Product Quality Assurance leadership team.

The position is based in Lundbeck headquarter in Valby, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

You have a solid understanding of the regulatory requirements for validation of IT systems (GAMP5).

You are an experienced people manager with strong leadership skills and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

You have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing ITQA teams in the pharmaceutical industry.

You have the ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

You have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
