If you are motivated working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, then this may be the position for you In this role, you will be responsible for co-driving the planning, development, and execution of commercial launches, campaigns, and creative projects. Your work will touch upon cross-functional planning, campaign roll-out, and creative launch toolboxes. You will be working alongside many cross-functional teams, with close collaboration with Product Management, various Commercial teams, and local affiliates.

You will be joining the 'Product Marketing & Global Events team', consisting of 10 stellar Marketing and Event Managers. The team has the responsibility of effectively implementing marketing commercialization of 3Shape solutions (hardware, software, services, accessories) for all relevant customer segments, securing organizational readiness across all relevant functions. Additionally, the team provides sparring and best practice sharing to local markets, promoting product communication across the organization.

Expected primary results:

  • Drive small and medium sized product launches, from conception to launch roll-out.
  • Develop competitive value propositions, key selling points, and enticing product messaging.
  • Generate insights and trends within digital dentistry to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Brief internal and external teams, from messaging creation, creative, organic/paid media, and others.
  • Responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and approving content.

Professional competencies:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Brand, or similar.
  • 2-3 years of full-time commercial experience in a global organization.
  • Great stakeholder, time, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional projects, preferably in B2B space.
  • Creative marketing toolbox with a clear understanding of activation channels and their impact.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into commercially crafted messaging.

  • Ability to build relationships and make an impact at all levels and regions/cultures.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and problem-management skills.
  • "Can do" attitude and positive approach to improvement.
