We are seeking a talented, self-directed and hands-on Website Performance Manager to take the lead of our website and to our team and help drive awareness and conversion of our SaaS platform across key markets.

Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. As our new Website Performance Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader.

You will:

  1. Be the lead on driving change and results from the website. You'll also manage all operations in relation to the website including scoping changes to the designers, developers, making quality assurance, translation management etc.
  2. Have a high level of trust and autonomy.
  3. Work as a part of the Growth Marketing team.
  4. Have a special focus on growing website performance across different main KPI's.
  5. Be in charge of securing a cohesive and great experience to our users.
  6. Plan and prioritize with stakeholders from the different teams.
  7. Be part of a fast-growing international SaaS company.
  8. Managing freelancers that we work with to improve the website.
  9. And much more…

Qualifications and about you

  1. More than 3 years of experience in website management and driving meaningful website changes.
  2. You have a strong understanding of which communication, visuals and graphics that performs.
  3. You know what high quality looks like and know how to expect it from your colleagues.
  4. You are able to take charge and responsibility of key areas of the marketing deliveries.
  5. You are used to working with stakeholders to accomplish business results.
  6. A performance is a requirement including that you should know what type of data you need to drive meaningful decisions about the website.
  7. You have some experience with conversion rate optimization.
  8. Basic knowledge about Performance Marketing and SEO is a plus but not a requirement.
  9. You're fluent in English.

Approximate Recruitment Process

  1. Send application and upload relevant information.
  2. Completion of Talent test.
  3. 15 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team.
  4. 30 minutes online interview with our CMO.
  5. IQ test and case preparation for last interview (homework).
  6. 60 minutes online or in-person case interview with our CMO.
