The position

As a (Senior) Strategic Project Manager in the Executive Office for Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) in Development, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic projects that significantly impact our organization, focusing on areas such as process excellence, faster to market, digitalization and compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Drive root cause analysis to define strategic solutions for intricate problems.
2. Scoping solutions into actionable projects with measurable impact.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

1. An academic degree (BSc/MSc) with experience as a project manager.
2. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity to understand and dive into problems systematically while focusing on the overall purpose and end goal.
4. Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Experience driving projects in a management consulting setting is an advantage.
6. Experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is an advantage.

About the department

The position is part of the Project Management team in Development, RQ&C Executive Office. The department drives strategic cross-organizational projects which transform our organization. We act as trusted partners to the leadership team helping them succeed with their strategic aspirations and delivering on critical business needs.

You will join a high-performing team of around 8 project managers focused on scoping and driving strategic projects, strong stakeholder management and engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and personal development.
