Are you passionate about driving and implementing cutting-edge technology and innovative IT solutions? If so, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of key technology initiatives.

The position
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic important IT projects within our organization.

You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. Additionally, you will drive process improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Your tasks will include:

  1. Leading the end-to-end project management of complex IT initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Managing and mitigating project risks, and addressing issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Communicating project status, issues, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders.
  6. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving the implementation of best practices in project management.
  7. Mentoring and guiding junior project managers and project teams.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following criteria:

  1. MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (a track record of successfully delivering digital projects within pharma or other GMP regulated industries is a plus).
  3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  6. Professional proficiency in English.

We are a small group of experienced IT Project Managers anchored in Consulting & Enterprise Technologies, within Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) of Novo Nordisk.
