WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own planning and execution of digital strategies, together with a team, aimed at addressing our clients' challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients as you will be responsible for managing the communication and relationship with them.
  • Lead the tactical & operational management of one or more digital marketing channels, ensuring flawless campaign execution, from setup to optimization and detailed performance analysis.
  • Take our delivery to the next level by proposing and implementing new initiatives to improve the client's overall performance.
  • Independently execute and optimize digital marketing tactics, ensuring they are aligned with the set strategic direction.
  • Deliver strategically innovative work that sets the bar for everyone around you.
  • Share your knowledge and skills and take an active part in upskilling your more junior colleagues.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in the Nordic & European markets. Preferably experience from working in an agency.
  • Well-versed in talking about Google Ads, Programmatic, Meta Ads and GA4 with clients.
  • A strategic mindset around performance and delivery.
  • Project management and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional project groups.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use Excel/Sheets and project management tools to structure and solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
