Spanish speaking Sales Engineer

Advansor is looking for a Spanish speaking Sales Engineer to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best solution for our customers

Your role

As Sales Engineer, your focus will be driving sales and finding the best sustainable cooling and heating solutions for our Spanish-speaking customers. Your main responsibilities include supporting customers with technical quotations, product design, calculations, technical guidance, and ensuring correct project specifications before order production.

Together with our regional sales team, you will play a crucial role in defending and expanding our market position. You will also collaborate closely with our R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus, part of a sales team of six sales engineers. You will be part of Team South, covering customers in Southern Europe and LATAM.

As part of Advansor, you will join a dynamic team of skilled international colleagues and contribute to our position as the world's leading manufacturer of sustainable CO2 climate solutions.

Main tasks
  • Consult and guide customers in sustainable climate solutions
  • Design and propose the best solutions for customers
  • Follow up on customers and ongoing projects
  • Close orders through structured activities in CRM
  • Prepare order documentation and handover to production
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Provide market feedback to product development
Your background

You have completed a technical education and preferably have experience or interest in refrigeration or heat pumps. Practical experience in technical sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Motivation to convert quotes into orders and willingness to learn are essential.

Alternatively, you may have several years of experience in refrigeration, working in the field, and are now seeking a role in technical sales.

You are well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and possess good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Fluency in Spanish is required for communication, and since our corporate language is English, you must also be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
