As our new Delivery Specialist, you'll join the Customer Care department in Aarhus with 14 dedicated and passionate colleagues. You will be part of a team where well-being and an enjoyable workday are highly valued.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Handle inquiries from our customers across all relevant platforms (email, chat, phone, etc.),
  • Act as a link between the customer and the transporter,
  • Answer questions from customers regarding delivery and returns,
  • Helping colleagues within the organisation with answers to questions about delivery and returns,
  • Be the extended arm of the logistics team,
  • Working hours are from 8:00-16.00 Monday to Thursday, and 8:00-15.30 on Friday.

  • You are skilled at communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the organisation.
  • You speak and understand Norwegian.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced work environment and can stay organised when things get busy.
  • You work independently, take initiative, and think in terms of development and efficiency improvements.
