ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage changes to existing configured screens or fields. Add configured screens/fields.
  2. Manage PPM configurations according to customer needs.
  3. Gather requirements, analyze, and make recommendations for product updates to current vision.
  4. Assist in creation/revision/execution of test plans, functional testing, or application testing during rollout.
  5. Create and help maintain reporting for PM's and management.
  6. Create and monitor integration with external applications.
  7. Manage permissions, end users and integration users according to JSOX requirements.
  8. Assist with issue resolution and post-implementation support.
  9. Responsible for creating/maintaining system documentation and best practices.
  10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
  1. Work closely with business and vendor stakeholders to implement the system.
  2. Appropriately manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters.
  3. Identify impacts across teams and coordinate across senior levels to manage dependencies and potentially competing priorities.
  4. Ability to understand user needs and make pro-active suggestions and changes.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot, provide basic support, and train users.
  6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  1. Demonstrated experience in working with a Project Portfolio Management Software.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things.

Preferred:

  1. 2+ years of experience as a PPM admin (i.e., PlanView, Clarity, Monday).
  2. Experience working with customers from varied cultures and countries.
  3. Experience in Biotech or regulated industries a plus.
  4. Experience in integrating with Salesforce and Microsoft D365 ERP is a plus.
