Your role in our team

As our new Social Media Professional, you will step into a global position with both hands-on tasks as well as strategic development of our social media approach, as your primary responsibility is to take ownership of our social media channels. You will moreover be responsible for enhancing our social media presence, strengthen brand identity, generate leads, and effectively engage with decision-makers in our industry.

To succeed in this role, your expertise in writing social media content, data analysis, and managing LinkedIn campaigns contributes to impactful social media campaigns and improved overall performance.

You will join our marketing team of seven people with a worldwide responsibility for marketing of products and solutions across all business areas as well as the overall branding of Terma. As our Social Media Professional, your colleagues will look to you for inspiration, guidance, and domain knowledge within social media. Our team values collaboration, and we work closely together, as part of our culture is to help each other out with other marketing tasks whenever needed.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage our social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X as well as our videos on YouTube, and increase visibility and reach to potential customers, building a larger audience base
• Establish and reinforce our brand identity, tone of voice, and values across social media platforms
• Drive and write engaging content in English for all social media channels in collaboration with Marketing Business Partners
• Drive and manage targeted LinkedIn campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Work closely with Human Resources on employer branding activities
• Proactively manage stakeholders across the international organization
• Develop performance reports and utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, refine social media strategies, and allocate resources effectively

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

• You hold a university degree e.g. at bachelors' or master's level in Marketing or a similar field of study
• You have minimum 3 years of experience working with primarily social media and/or digital marketing in a B2B/B2G context
• Expert knowledge on organic content and paid campaigns on LinkedIn
• Experience with setting KPIs for social media, analyzing, and converting data into actions
• Experience from working in an international environment is an advantage
