Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Group Strategy, M&A, and BI team, playing a key role in transforming data into valuable insights that drive informed decision-making and support business growth. This role involves conducting market intelligence, preparing strategic materials to guide business decisions, and actively contributing to our M&A activities. As part of the Group M&A function, you will support the end-to-end M&A process — including market mapping and intelligence, pipeline development, target screening, and participation in due diligence workstreams. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating across teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that shape the future of our business.

You will report to the Head of Strategy, M&A and BI and work closely with our finance and transformation department and of course the rest of the colleagues across the group. The team is based in our headquarters in Ishøj.

What will you be doing?

Working in close collaboration within Strategy, M&A and BI and across the group you will:

1. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights for the organization.
2. Perform in-depth analysis of operational, financial, and market data to support decision-making at senior and executive levels.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver solutions by applying data.
4. Ensure data accuracy and reliability across the group.
5. Contribute to the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics to support long-term strategic initiatives.

About you

We imagine you are a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. You must be result-oriented, have a passion for working with data-driven decision making and be confident to seek guidance as needed.

What we are looking for:

1. Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration from KU, SDU, CBS or similar.
2. Experience from similar analyst role is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills and a flair for problem-solving.
4. Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Excel and preparation of presentations.
6. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English.
7. A proactive and team-oriented mindset with high positive energy.

A flexible hybrid working model.

You will be affiliated with our HQ, based in Ishøj, close to the highway. We believe that effective teamwork is supported by working alongside your colleagues most of the time, but it will of course be possible to partly work from home if that's preferred.

We don't expect much travel to be necessary in this role.
