**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategy development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights for the organization.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of operational, financial, and market data to support decision-making at senior and executive levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver solutions by applying data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability across the group.
  • Contribute to the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics to support long-term strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration from a reputable institution.
  • Experience from similar analyst role is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a flair for problem-solving.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and preparation of presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with high positive energy.
