Key job responsibilities

  1. 大規模なテクノロジー企業にフォーカスし、アカウントチームにおける技術面のリーダーとして、AWSの価値訴求及び、AWSでの最適なアーキテクチャの提案・技術支援を提供すること
  2. AWSテクノロジのみならず、対面するお客様が利用するモダンなテクノロジのキャッチアップを継続し、お客様から技術的な課題を相談するに足る知識を備えたエンジニアであると認識いだけるよう活動すること
  3. お客様事例の公開、技術資料の公開、社内外でのイベント登壇を通じてマーケット全体に対してAWSというプラットフォームの可能性を伝えていくこと
  4. お客様のフィードバックをベースとしてAWSプラットフォームのさらなる改善や進化を促進していくこと
A day in the life
私たちは技術職として営業担当と密に連携しながら、お客様のエンジニア、業務部門、CxOをはじめとするエグゼクティブと会話し、現場が抱える技術課題、業務部門の新規ビジネスの課題、そして経営上の課題に向き合い、そして様々なソリューションを提案することでお客様のビジネス変革と成長、そして新たなビジネスでの成功に貢献する役割を担います。

そして、日本はもとより世界中にいるソリューションアーキテクトの仲間の力も借りながら、アーキテクチャの策定やデモの作成、プロトタイピングなどを通じて具体的に実現へのステージを進めていきます。また、ワークスタイルは柔軟性が高く、お客様先でホワイトボーディングをすることもあれば、オンラインで打ち合わせをすることもあります。力を借りるだけでなく、あなたの専門性を用いて他チームのソリューションアーキテクトを支援することもあり、無数のコミュニケーションネットワークが日々生まれているダイナミックな職場です。

Minimum Requirements
  1. エンタープライズシステムおよびWebを中心とした高い技術力とデータ分析力を持ち、7年以上の開発またはコンサルティングの経験があること
  2. 自社サービスまたは顧客サービスのシステムにおいて設計、開発、運用、移行などをリードした経験があること
  3. コミュニケーション能力(社内外の組織を超えて効率的に動く能力、的確な事象や背景、そして今後の進め方などを伝える能力)
  4. 日本語(ネイティブに近いもしくはネイティブレベル)及びビジネス英語(ヒアリング・スピーキング・読み書き)
  5. エンタープライズ企業のデジタル化に携わった経験
  6. エンジニアを統率するマネージャー経験
  7. プリセールス/コンサルタントとしての顧客支援経験
  8. クラウドサービスおよびモダンなソフトウェアを利用したアーキテクチャ設計スキル
  9. 大規模なクラウドの利用経験
  10. 英語(流暢なヒアリング/スピーキング)
