The Team

The accounting team is part of the finance team. It's a motivated and highly skilled team with high aspirations for the development of the team and the team members. We care about each other and respect the flexibility each one needs. But it's also a team where we expect that each one does their best and we go that extra mile when it's needed.

The role is needed since Veo is growing rapidly, as are the projects and tasks in the Finance department. We need the role to keep track of the growing number of transactions and still be compliant.

Experience, we are looking for:

  1. At least 1-3 years in a similar position or working in an audit company
  2. Experience in working in an ERP system, Navision/Business Central
  3. Experience in working with Excel. Solid VAT and tax knowledge about sales
  4. Good at balancing tasks and shuffling priorities
  5. Structured and have excellent attention to detail
  6. Knowledge of working with an Intercompany setup
  7. Professional Danish and English speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities in this position:

  1. Performing day-to-day financial transactions - verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
  2. Bank Reconciliation
  3. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
  4. Investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
  5. Assist the team with different month-end closing activities
  6. Understand and handle different outgoing VAT setups within the EU and the rest of the world
  7. Work closely with the financial controller and accounts payable to ensure accuracy in finances
  8. Intercompany accounting and reconciliation
  9. Generate and deliver reports internally as needed
