NeroGiardini is looking for an Account Manager for Denmark/Norway.

The Account Manager is responsible for existing account development and growth in their designated territory, alongside opening and developing new accounts.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Work closely with internal Area Manager in driving regional account sales initiatives across individual channels.
  2. Manage own portfolio of wholesale accounts, building new and managing existing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service that is prompt, informative, and engaging.
  3. Focus on category performance from both a sell-out and sell-in perspective to create growth opportunities for immediate revenue and long-term success.
  4. Be the voice of the regional accounts regarding assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store and online.
  5. Identify new/potential growth opportunities within the territories and market distribution.
  6. Build and maintain close relationships with external stakeholders; provide in-season support (e.g., order fulfilment issues, additions, B2B-portal, direct sales) and manage accounts in line with strategic direction for the market.
  7. Demonstrate an intimate understanding of our products, vision, and business; be able to help anyone understand any aspect of the company.
About YOU
  1. Previous experience and a proven track record in wholesale territory sales.
  2. Ability to demonstrate relationships and collaborate to win with key buyers and merchandising teams.
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  4. Commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  5. Immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of major accounts and market needs.
  6. Excellent negotiation skills, making informed decisions and always backing yourself with data and insights.
  7. Full clean driving license.
