About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy communicator who speaks fluent Danish and English? We have an immediate, urgent opening for a Technical Customer Service Representative in beautiful Lisbon, Portugal
Unlike most customer service roles, this position offers a highly desirable Monday to Friday schedule with weekends completely off. Combined with a strong base salary and performance allowances, it’s the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant international city.
Salary & Financial Package
We believe in clear, honest numbers. Here is your exact compensation breakdown:
- Base Salary: €1,500 per month (Paid over 14 months per year, meaning you receive extra payouts for summer and Christmas holidays)
- Performance Allowance: €120 per month (Paid over 11 months per year)

- Languages: Fluent or native proficiency in Danish, paired with strong professional English.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional technical support and customer care to Danish and English-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while keeping user satisfaction at the forefront.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and peers, actively implementing feedback to maintain high quality standards.
