Investment Portfolio Manager for the youSee Strategic Planning Team
YouSee is seeking an experienced and structured Investment Portfolio Manager to support the business in our journey from strategic direction to operational execution.
YouSee is in the midst of a full business and IT transformation creating a modern telco of tomorrow, supporting the strategies of being truly digital and creating great customer experiences. To support this journey, we have several programs and projects already running, and more to come.
As part of the Strategic Planning Team, you will be involved in enabling a variety of essential and high-priority projects across the entire YouSee organization, with a high degree of exposure towards Senior Management. You will have a central role in ensuring our ability to deliver, both on time and on budget.
We're looking for an Investment Portfolio Manager who is structured, detail-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management. In this role, you'll be critical in aligning and securing strategic and operational roadmaps, managing development budgets, and ensuring that all projects are prioritized according to available resources, both in people and in budget. You'll work with stakeholders across the entire organization and be instrumental in driving efficient planning processes, aligning demand with resource allocation and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Roadmap Coordination
Lead the development and continuous alignment of the strategic and operational roadmaps with key stakeholders to ensure transparency, progress, and accountability. - Budget Management
Oversee planning budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met while providing regular updates to senior management. - Meeting Governance
Establish and enforce meeting governance to ensure effective decision-making, clear action items, and follow-through. - Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while keeping them informed and engaged throughout the planning cycle. - Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage data to create actionable insights, develop regular reports and present to senior management, and facilitate informed decision-making on planning priorities. - Process Development
Continuously evaluate and enhance investment portfolio processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Define and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Organizational Aptitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with a structured, detail-oriented approach. - Stakeholder Management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and align diverse teams. - Analytical Thinking
Proficiency in data analysis to make informed, data-based decisions. - Problem-Solving
Proactive in identifying challenges, conducting analysis and implementing solutions in a complex environment. - Time Management
Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet demanding deadlines as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant education combined with 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or a similar role.
- Well-versed in budget allocation and management and complex projects coordination.
- Proficiency in Office, Power BI, Power Apps, and knowledge of Monday.com welcomed.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
