Cloud Transformation Lead – Strategic Customer Lead

We are looking for a cloud transformation lead to be the trusted advisor and to guide our customers through the cloud journey and to lead the sprints and projects for new and existing customers.

Your responsibilities
You will help our customers discover the full business potential by leading the cloud portfolio dialogue with them. With your interest in the IT and cloud business and your natural strive you understand the customers' value chain in order to deliver to customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

• Bridge our strong cloud architects and cloud specialists with the customer decision makers, business units and product owners and initiate the needed assessments, ideation workshops and/or strategic sessions
• Deliver solid plans or qualify epics and features to ensure the road ahead. Prioritize with the customer and engage the cloud organization
• Interact with customers at all levels and manage stakeholders and relations internally in Aeven, towards customers and the cloud providers
• Take ownership of writing proposals and estimate the effort of a given transformation journey

You will lead the transformation journey according to the Aeven's Cloud Transformation Model - no matter if it is done agile or in a more classic project management approach - and lead our customers' adoption of cloud service and solutions through all phases and tracks, backlogs and sprints, and with strategic leadership.

Last, but not least, you will ensure involvement and communicate on all relevant levels at the customer and internally at Aeven. We want to build cloud services and solutions and deliver according to scope and plan to create the expected business value.

Your qualifications and experience

• A blend of consulting, eagerness to engage with our customers on their change journey and the skill to lead high performing customer project/agile teams during the adoption and transformation journey
• Solid experience with leading projects, either agile or with more classic project/program management
• Experience within stakeholder management and with a desire to be engaging, leading and advising customers through the process of assessing, designing, building and validating new cloud services and solutions
• The necessary empathy and understanding of how to motivate and lead your team
• Ability to work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results through personal leadership.

If you know or have been leading cloud transformation journeys in a Cloud Adoption Framework and have experience in establishing and maturing CCoE it is a definite plus.

As a person you establish good relations very fast and you know your way around the business. You see opportunities where others may see challenges and you know how and where to direct your communication. You are open-minded and enjoy intellectual sparring and knowledge sharing.

You are analytical and see the bigger picture. You can set the direction and can lead by motivation. You are a constant and fast learner. You must have good English skills both orally and in writing.
