Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quantitative models to enhance trading strategies.
  2. Analyze large datasets to identify trading opportunities and improve decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with the trading and technology teams to optimize execution processes.
  4. Conduct research to develop new trading strategies and refine existing ones.
  5. Monitor and adjust models in response to market changes to ensure optimal performance.
Job Requirements
  1. An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, data science, or computer science.
  2. Programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar languages.
  3. Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
