In-House Legal Advisor BIG leder efter en dedikeret og ambitiøs In-House Legal Advisor til vores legal team i København, som ønsker at være med til at give form til fremtiden. Den ideelle kandidat vil støtte vores mange forskellige projekter verden over, med primært ansvar for det danske og skandinaviske marked.

Som In-House Legal Advisor du bistå vores legal team i København med at udarbejde og gennemgå en bred vifte af juridiske aftaler og dokumenter. Du vil løbende støtte vores ledelse og interessenter med den daglige drift af tegnestuen i København med juridisk support og contract management af vores projekter, samt lede kontraktforhandlinger med kunder og andre eksterne parter. Du vil også assistere ved juridiske tvister og retssager samt andre ad hoc complianceopgaver.

Du bliver en del af BIGs globale Legal team, som understøtter vores tegnestuer i København, Barcelona, London, New York, Los Angeles, Shanghai og Zürich. Du vil som en del af det globale Legal team arbejde på tværs af tegnestuerne og samarbejde om vidensdeling, erfaring og strømlining af BIGs standarder og procedurer.

Gode samarbejdsegenskaber er derfor også påkrævet.

Primære ansvarsområder:
  • Udarbejdelse, gennemgang og forhandling af kontrakter (herunder ABR18) samt øvrige juridiske dokumenter med det formål at opnå bedst mulige resultater i overensstemmelse med BIGs interne aftalestandarder.
  • Lede eller assistere kontraktforhandlinger og koordinere med interne interessenter, kunder, konsulenter og leverandører.
  • Være sparringspartner og løbende sikre intern juridisk support til projektledere gennem hele kontraktlivscyklussen, f.eks. ved at forklare kontraktmæssige termer og forpligtelser.
  • Håndtering af juridiske tvister og retssager, inklusiv koordinering med eksterne advokater.
  • Assistere det globale legal team med at vedligeholde og udvikle juridiske strategier, standarder og procedurer for at sikre lokal compliance.
  • Yde rådgivning til BIGs ledelse og beslutningstagere om kontraktuelle risici samt udarbejde relevant understøttende dokumentation.
  • Tage del i udvikling af internt uddannelsesmateriale for at skabe opmærksomhed omkring juridiske risici og beskyttelse af BIGs aktiver.
  • Håndtere interne juridiske forespørgsler med en praktisk og forretningsorienteret tilgang.
Den ideelle kandidat:
  • Har en kandidatgrad i jura (cand.jur) eller erhvervsjura (cand.merc.jur).
  • Har 2-4 års erfaring med juridisk rådgivning inden for rådgivnings-, bygge-, arkitektur- eller ingeniørbranchen.
  • Har god forståelse af kontrakt- og byggelovgivning; erfaring fra byggeindustrien og kendskab til byggeprocessen vil være en fordel.
  • Har erfaring med at lede kontraktforhandlinger og kontraktudarbejdelse.
  • Viser stærk kommerciel indsigt med god dømmekraft og effektiv risikostyring.
  • Har fremragende kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
  • Evner at håndtere administrative opgaver af alle størrelser.
  • Er komfortabel med at arbejde med ledelsen og beslutningstagere.
  • Har evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt i et tempofyldt og omskifteligt miljø.
  • Udviser en høj grad af integritet og en positiv serviceorienteret tilgang.
  • Er flydende på dansk og engelsk i både skrift og tale.
