Would you like to work with test management of our solutions contributing to Saab's mission of keeping people and society safe?

We are rapidly growing our business in the global Defence Market and are looking for new colleagues to join our team of competent System & Integration testers.

Your role

As our new Test Manager, you will contribute to delivering quality assurance, ensuring our projects, applications, and systems work correctly and meet customer requirements.

You will plan and coordinate test execution in collaboration with project managers and system supporters. Your structured, proactive approach, attention to detail, and analytical skills are vital for project success.

Tasks

• Participate in planning meetings to align testing activities with project goals.
• Create test strategy and planning documents.
• Coordinate system integration test execution in project environments.
• Coordinate acceptance tests, both internally and externally.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and assess usability.
• Ensure high quality at each project milestone.
• Assist the product support department with customer-specific issues or questions.

Your profile

You enjoy working in a technical environment and ideally have an educational background in Software, IT, or equivalent test management experience.

We expect you to be a team player with a passion for keeping people safe.

Experience with software test management, planning, and reporting is required.

We seek motivated individuals who are eager to learn and navigate complex systems.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential, as we operate in a global environment.

Preferably, you hold an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (or equivalent), but this is not mandatory.

Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service, which requires having had residence within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
