Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Pandora AS Full time

Application Deadline: 20th of April 2025

Are you a visionary retail designer with a passion for creating exceptional store experiences?

Pandora is looking for a Creative Development Manager to push the boundaries of retail design and store innovation. In this role, you will design and develop bespoke store layouts, fixtures, and furniture, enhancing our store environments and aligning them with our ambition to be a leading global jewelry brand.

As the Creative Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing high-profile Pandora stores that require solutions beyond our standard concept toolbox. Your role will involve both the creation of store layouts and furniture design while supporting the market store planning team in realizing their vision. You are not only a strong creative but also a skilled project and stakeholder manager. On key projects—such as new retail concepts and flagship stores—you will collaborate with the broader Store Creative & Design team, ensuring that commercially viable, high-quality designs are implemented from idea to execution.

You will report to the Director of Concept Development and work closely with our Creative Studio, Store Planning Managers, and the Global Indirect Procurement team to elevate our store experience while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creative Store Development:
  • Design and develop bespoke store layouts and furniture solutions that go beyond the standard concept toolbox.
  • Create 2D and 3D layouts and high-quality renders to visualize store environments.
  • Ensure a balance between design innovation, commercial viability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive the development of new store fixtures and displays, bringing them to market.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with global stakeholders to design unique store layouts and experiences, including integrating digital into physical spaces.
  • Work closely with market architects to optimize store design and ensure execution quality.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and communications, ensuring seamless alignment across teams.
  • Oversee external agency and supplier management to ensure high-quality store fixture production.
  • Constantly seek ways to improve and optimize Pandora's store concepts, incorporating the latest retail trends.
  • Provide onsite support and collaborate with markets to ensure the successful implementation of new store designs.
  • Own white-box specifications and bespoke design solutions, setting the standard for Pandora's retail spaces.

Qualifications and Competencies

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail design, store planning, or architectural project management.
  • Strong background in store design and project management.
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Revit, and 3D visualization tools.
  • Strong skills in fixture design, retail prototyping, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a global, fast-paced environment.

Why Join Pandora?

  • Work on high-impact, global retail projects that shape Pandora's future.
  • Be part of an innovative, dynamic, and creative international environment.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading professionals and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to cutting-edge retail design solutions that influence customer experiences worldwide.

We hope we've awakened your curiosity and look forward to receiving your application. If you see yourself in the position and would like to become a part of Pandora's future, we look forward to hearing from you
