To help us shape the green transition and strengthen our team within drainage, we are looking for experienced Discipline Leads and Project Managers to join our team and play an important role in creating the solutions of the future. We are 170 colleagues working alongside our customers on some of Denmark's most significant projects in the field of drainage.

Your key activities will be:

  1. Lead and facilitate projects within designing climate adaptation of drainage and sewer systems, development of integrated urban drainage solutions, and resilient and sustainable drainage systems.

Dive into technical solutions within water and climate adaptation such as:

  • Management of surface stormwater on terrain integrated in the design of blue-green solutions, rain beds, SUDS, open and underground stormwater basins.
  • Renovation and design of overflow structures, underground wastewater basins, pump stations, offshore projects, stormwater tunnels.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues across COWI (e.g., landscape, road, rail, construction, port and coastal construction).
  • Convey your knowledge to junior colleagues and the rest of the team.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one discipline in drainage (e.g. designing of pipes, climate adaptation, pumping stations, offshore pipelines or similar) and experience as Discipline Lead or Project Manager.
  • A degree in engineering.
  • Flair for customer and contractor contact.
  • Ability to work efficiently and structured.
  • Advanced communication skills in both Danish and English - both oral and written.
