As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will join Bang & Olufsen's Group IT team, working primarily in Lyngby or Struer, Denmark (location of your choice). Reporting directly to the CIO, your role will be instrumental in shaping our new project management unit, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects across Denmark, Europe, Asia, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the project management unit, including processes, governance frameworks, and collaboration models.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction for IT and Bang & Olufsen by providing management support.
  • Manage the project portfolio, including status reporting and financial coordination with IT's finance controller.
  • Execute IT projects within the portfolio while onboarding and supervising external project managers.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects from the implementation phase to operations.
  • Support business areas in preparing project presentations for IT & Digital board approval.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT architect group and consult the wider IT team as needed.
  • Facilitate contract development with suppliers and ensure efficient vendor and license management.

  • Over 5 years of experience managing IT projects and developing robust processes.
  • Relevant project management certification and deep insight into project management methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation skills that build trust, passion, and energy in teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish (English is our primary business language).
  • A proven ability to motivate staff and stakeholders while achieving tangible results.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build effective networks across the company.

Compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package.
