The position

Urban Partners is a place where people truly work together as a team, valuing each other's differences and the importance of each team member. You will be responsible for supporting the Fund Controller Manager and the Fund Controller Director and for the daily operational tasks to cope with the substantial growth.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Oversight of quarterly NAV consolidation and investor reporting
  • Support on IFRS/INREV data and technical accounting matters
  • Coordination of transaction processes and intercompany reconciliations
  • Oversight of loan administration, payments, invoices, and cash management
  • Maintenance of share classes and tracking shares
  • Ensure tax compliance and understanding of fund structures
  • Support on legal documentation and depositary coordination for new investments
  • Management and oversight of local SPVs
  • Review of regulatory filings (CIT, VAT, annual accounts)
  • Ensure compliance with investor side letters
  • Act as key contact for consolidation audit queries
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

At Urban Partners we are looking for caring colleagues who have a "can do" attitude and a high level of integrity. We value a positive, entrepreneurial attitude and good organization and prioritization skills, as well as excellent cooperation skills.

In addition, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor/master's in finance or accounting
  • ACCA/ACA/CA or equivalent qualification or working towards
  • Strong technical accounting skills (knowledge of IFRS, INREV)
  • Experience within European Real Estate Fund structures (ideally 2.5 – 3 years of experience)
