Senior Manager til Quality & Risk Management og Compliance

I QRM udvikler, opdaterer og overvåger vi politikker og procedurer som et led i at sikre, at vi overholder alle relevante krav – fra standarder og lovgivning til retningslinjer fra vores internationale organisation, KPMG International. Vi overvåger og evaluerer mulige risici, og vi arbejder proaktivt med at håndtere dem, herunder inden for områder som uafhængighed, AML/hvidvaskregler, kunde-og opgaveaccept, interessekonflikter og fortrolighed.

Værdsat faglighed og bredt samarbejde på tværs af organisationen

Som Senior Manager i QRM får du en central rolle i teamet og samarbejder tæt med kollegaer på tværs af hele organisationen. Du vil få dyb indsigt i revisors uafhængighed, risk management og compliance, og du vil få mulighed for at opbygge et stort netværk på tværs af niveauer og afdelinger.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet inkludere:

  • Assistere med udarbejdelse og implementering af Risk management-politikker og -procedurer
  • Overvåge og kontrollere, at politikker og procedure overholdes
  • Udføre og dokumentere risk management relaterede kontroller indenfor kvalitetsstyringssystemet (ISQM 1)
  • Koordinere og planlægge eksterne kvalitetskontrolbesøg fra Revisortilsynet
  • Assistere med besvarelse af konsultationer fra forretningen herunder indenfor uafhængighedsområdet og andre risk management områder
  • Varetage forskellige ledelses- og udviklingsopgaver
  • Andre ad hoc opgaver

Du vil referere direkte til en Director, som er et af 3 medlemmer af QRM teamets ledergruppe. Teamet består af yngre såvel som mere erfarne medarbejdere, som i et motiveret miljø arbejder tæt sammen om at løse vores opgaver. Da du primært vil arbejde internt i organisationen vil stillingen have et begrænset antal rejsedage.

Om dig

Vi søger en kandidat med minimum 5-6 års erfaring fra revisionsbranchen, hvor du har arbejdet i en specialist rolle i den interne compliance og risk management funktion. Alternativt kan du have en baggrund som erfaren revisor som har lyst til at udvikle dig i en ny karrierevej indenfor revisionsbranchen, hvor du i høj grad kan anvende den viden og erfaring du har opbygget som revisor.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du er god til at opbygge relationer og pleje netværk, og at du har solide kommunikationskompetencer på både dansk og engelsk. Du trives i et agilt og udviklende arbejdsmiljø, hvor vi arbejder selvstændigt samtidigt med, at vi supporterer hinanden. Derudover er du:

  • Initiativrig, leveringsdygtig og kvalitetsbevidst
  • Analytisk, struktureret, ansvarsfuld, og kan derfor bevare overblikket samt have øje for detaljen
  • Professionel og har forståelse for digitaliserede processer, IT, herunder er superbruger i Excel
  • Positiv, samarbejdsorienteret og har en løsningsorienteret tilgang til dine opgaver
  • Forretnings- og kundeorienteret, herunder service-minded

Men vigtigst af alt er, at du har interesse for og lyst til dygtiggøre dig inden for Quality & Risk Management feltet.
