Missionen: Skab robusthed og kontinuitet i Bankdatas forretning

I rollen som Product Owner vil du være med til at udvikle og drive Business Continuity Management (BCM) processer i en virksomhed med høje regulatoriske krav. Du skal sikre, at BCM-strategien er forankret i organisationen, samtidig med at du arbejder tæt sammen med både forretning og IT for at skabe løsninger, der understøtter vores strategiske mål.

Du vil blive en del af vores CCM-team, som består af erfarne fagfolk med stor viden inden for IT-sikkerhed og BCM. Teamet arbejder agilt og tæt sammen for at sikre, at vores BCM-initiativ bliver gennemført effektivt og leverer målbare resultater. Du vil spille en central rolle i at opbygge samarbejdet på tværs af funktioner og sikre alignment mellem forretning og IT i relation til BCM og risikostyring.

Som en del af teamet får du mulighed for at drive udviklingen af komplekse og strategisk vigtige initiativer, som har stor indvirkning på både Bankdatas interne processer og på vores kunder. Teamet er i vækst, og du vil spille en afgørende rolle i denne rejse.

Dit bidrag – Skab værdi med effektiv BCM-strategi og -udvikling

Som Product Owner vil du være med til at drive og udvikle Business Continuity Management (BCM) processerne, sikre regulatorisk overholdelse og arbejde tæt sammen med både forretning og IT. Dine primære ansvarsområder vil være:

  • Eje backloggen og roadmap for BCM-initiativer og sikre agile leverancer af løsninger.
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med kunderne, IT, risikostyring, compliance og sikkerhedsteam for at opnå regulatorisk overholdelse.
  • Kommunikere strategiske mål og resultater til ledelsen og sikre alignment på tværs af organisationen.
Din profil – Kompetencer, der skaber forskel

Vi ser gerne at:

  • Du har minimum 5 års erfaring inden for softwareudvikling, BCM, risikostyring eller IT-sikkerhed.
  • Du har erfaring med BCM-platforme (fx Fusion, Archer, ServiceNow BCM) og agil projektstyring (fx Jira/Confluence).
  • Du har erfaring med risikovurderingsværktøjer og frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST) samt cloud-løsninger (Azure/AWS).
  • Du er proaktiv og kan drive forandring i organisationen. Du har stærke kommunikative evner og kan formidle komplekse problemstillinger på tværs af interessenter.
  • Du har en kandidat- eller bachelorgrad i IT, økonomi, risikostyring eller et relateret område.
