The position
As a Process Excellence specialist in Integrated Quality Leadership your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the implementation of Process Excellence in the different parts of the organization, facilitating the transformation of how we manage processes in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a small team supporting benefit realization, by developing leadership systems in process excellence, that will ensure continuous improvement of the process in scope. The positions are anchored in the Integrated Quality Leadership team, mainly responsible for the Process Excellence system, capability building and our Operational Excellence system. You will work closely with process roles and stakeholders e.g. Process Owners, Process QAs, and Process Managers, as well as project teams and management groups across our organization.

Your role will also involve the following:

• Utilizing your process excellence, operational excellence/LEAN competencies and positive attitude to co-create value adding solutions with LoB and lead the implementation team, achieving the best impact to the business.
• Participate in developing the learning journey and the content for training on the new solutions being implemented across the organization.
• Deploying training on Process and Operational Excellence in Novo Nordisk, together with a team of SMEs.
• Contribute to the continuous development of our Lean systems and process excellence.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from around the globe, working primarily out of Bagsværd, Denmark connecting to the global organization, mainly virtually, and occasionally with travel activities.
• Apply your enterprise and innovative mindset when defining solutions within Integrated Quality.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with solid knowledge and experience working within regulated industries.
Leading implementation within Integrated Quality requires a person with strong applied Process Excellence and/or LEAN experience, strong leadership and change management skills. We are seeking a person who is known for creating sustainable improvements solutions and known for motivating high performing teams and liaise with senior stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you most likely have:

• +5 years of experience applying Process Excellence and LEAN solutions at shop floor and/or at system level.
• Solid knowledge and experience working within regulated industries, and likely have an educational background within engineering, pharmacy, business or similar.
• A proven track record of successfully driving cross-functional changes or implementation, from early ideas to realized benefits.
• Possess extensive experience in stakeholder management and positive collaboration with stakeholders at various organizational levels and across large organizations.
• Knowledge and experience in project management tools and/or project execution methodologies considered a plus.
• Experience in training professionals and specialists.
• Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

About the department
As Process Excellence specialist in Integrated Quality Leadership, you will be part of a matrix organization leading the Integrated Quality transformation. The department consists of SMEs, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and other roles and all with the responsibility to drive project activities within Integrated Quality.
