This Senior Process Manager position offers a unique opportunity to drive business excellence in Aseptic Formulation and Filtration of drug product processes. As a key member of our Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive continuous process improvements and enhance stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Aseptic Formulation and Filtration of drug product processes across our global sites.
- Set strategic direction for these processes to drive business excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across AM sites in Europe, North and South America, and Asia to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- A degree in engineering or a related field combined with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, including some time in Aseptic GxP production.
- Proven track record of leading projects and portfolios in a global stakeholder landscape.
- Strong leadership and followership skills, with experience creating and driving change initiatives.
- Familiarity with GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Fluent English proficiency.
