About the Role:
As a Procurement Specialist at GlobalConnect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our procurement activities meet both internal and external standards. You will work closely with procurement and category managers to design procurement processes, prepare documents, negotiate terms, and drive end-to-end tenders. This is your chance to support and learn from colleagues with deep expertise, and plenty of growth opportunities within our procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Contracts: Support and lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring good commercial result, compliance and proper documentation.
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support procurement decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers within your area.
- Market Insights: Gather and apply market insights to understand supply markets and risks.

To succeed we think you need:
- Educational Background: Suitable educational background in procurement, business, economy, tech, or legal. Graduates are welcome.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to perform business case calculations such as: understand total cost of ownership (TCO), should-cost analyses, and ROI.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office with good presentation skills.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Business English and one Scandinavian language (many contracts are written in local languages: Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).

The Procurement team at GlobalConnect, are motivated by the journey of transforming our procurement practices and promoting commercial growth. In your first 6-12 months, you will experience a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve. You'll be onboarded to our procurement best practices, closely working with the Head of Technology Procurement in the Copenhagen office, while also collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics.
