Position Overview

We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase and Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our procurement and logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination of suppliers, shipments, and inventory management. The position will report directly to the Group CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities, including supplier communication, order placement, tracking and Terms/price negotiation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management through ERP system.
• Support the supply chain team with documentation, invoicing, and compliance requirements (quotes, purchase orders and order confirmations).
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize procurement and logistics processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
