People & Culture > P&C Region NCE You will become part of People & Culture (P&C) in Northern and Central Europe (NCE). This team supports the largest region in Vestas, including Denmark with HR Business Partnering. The Senior P&C Business Partner will have a direct line to the Regional P&C Head in NCE.

Responsibilities

The Senior P&C Business Partner will be responsible for translating regional functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals:

  • Apply your knowledge of and experience with employment law to support in employee relations cases, including participating in negotiations.
  • In partnership with business leaders, develop and implement global workforce strategies based on market requirements.
  • Support and collaborate with the talent organisation to ensure a line of successors for critical positions - build bench strength.
  • Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams including managing the annual P&C cycle activities.
  • Coach Sr. leaders on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model.
  • Develop capable, diverse teams living up to the Vestas Values.
Qualifications
  • The qualified candidate will be an experienced HR Business Partner profile with sound experience in employment law, especially in Denmark, ideally gained in a complex global matrix environment.
  • Experience working with Senior leaders, with political savvy and very effective stakeholder management skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to engage and consult with leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management efforts to promote the adoption of new processes and build bridges across the Vestas value chain.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A relevant business, law, or HR education at Master's Level is required combined with an HR toolbox.

  • Able to get close to stakeholders, understand their direction and needs, lead change from the front, and be the catalyst to inspire the human dimensions of the organisation.
  • Have a solid grasp of employment law, business and strategy.
  • Take the lead on initiatives that enable the organisation/team to accomplish ambitious business goals.
