Med reference til direktionen vil du være med til at sikre juridisk rådgivning til Bygma Gruppens selskaber inden for kontraktret, selskabsret, samhandel, ejendomshandel og M&A. Stillingen som Group Legal & Strategy Manager er nyoprettet, har strategisk betydning og indebærer derudover rådgivning og opfølgning på strategi og forretningsudvikling over for Bygmas øverste ledelse. Dertil kommer assistance på større tværfaglige projekter.

Primære ansvarsområder:

  1. Udarbejdelse, gennemgang og forhandling af forskellige typer kommercielle kontrakter på tværs af Bygma Gruppens selskaber samt koordinering med interne interessenter, kunder og leverandører.
  2. Rådgivning i generel selskabsret, samhandelskontrakter, ejendomshandel og M&A. I visse tilfælde i samarbejde med eksterne advokater.
  3. Støtte, yde rådgivning samt sørge for opfølgning i forbindelse med strategiske beslutninger, herunder udenlandske opkøb.
  4. Rådgivning og sparring i forbindelse med markedsføringslovgivning, forsikringsproblematikker, m.v.
  5. Vedligeholde og udvikle juridiske strategier, standarder og procedurer for at sikre compliance.
  6. Deltage i og koordinere koncernens strategiarbejde.
  7. Sparring med ledelsen om juridiske aspekter af forretningsudvikling.

Din profil:
Vi forventer, at du uddannelsesmæssigt er cand.merc.jur. og har minimum 7 års praktisk erfaring fra en stor eller mellemstor virksomhed, hvor du har været med til at lede kontraktforhandlinger, udarbejde kontrakter samt deltage i strategiarbejde. Du forventes at være proaktiv og opsøgende ift. opgaver. Da stillingen er nyoprettet, har du også mulighed for at præge stillingsindholdet.

Derudover forventer vi, at:

  1. Du har betydelig erfaring med kontraktret samt med de juridiske aspekter i forretningsudvikling og transaktioner.
  2. Du arbejder strategisk og forstår at omsætte juridiske problemstillinger til forretningsmæssige løsninger.
  3. Du er en stærk kommerciel sparringspartner over for direktion og andre interne interessenter.
  4. Du har fremragende kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner og trives i et miljø med mange forskelligartede opgaver.
  5. Du er flydende på dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale og har gerne forståelse for de skandinaviske sprog.
