Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark LEGO Gruppe Full time

Job Description

Are you passionate about driving large-scale agile transformations and shaping how leadership and teams embrace agility? Join our outstanding team and play a key role in mentoring Senior partners and product teams in Digital Technology. Bring your expertise in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating to encourage high impact change from strategy to execution.

Core Responsibilities

Your days will consist of guiding our product teams, various leadership teams, and individuals. You never stop thinking and acting in ways that can help set the OMP organization up for success, and you keep experimenting with innovative ways of working. You know there is never an end state, and you need to be a dedicated and trustworthy guide, mentor, and role model. You are not afraid of challenging the status quo in a respectful way and asking difficult, but sometimes uncomfortable, questions.

Our team cares about each other and believes in the strength of pairing up and growing each other's skills. We work broadly across our organization and understand that our work involves operating on different levels and regularly moving out of our own comfort zone. We have a keen eye for systemic challenges and the courage to expose root causes and move people out of the box.

The LEGO Group is on an exciting and challenging journey to become a digital consumer company. Joining our team means that you will help secure the foundation that such a change journey requires. You are acutely aware of the challenges that large-scale transformations bring in their wake, and you do not shy away from being an encouraging colleague to others, helping pave the way for continuous value, flow, and quality in deliveries.

You will:

  1. Support leadership teams, Heads of Product, and other key partners in strengthening Agile ways of working.
  2. Help grow and sustain thriving product teams who work closely with their customers.
  3. Support our continuing digital transformation and help our teams master the ability to work towards outcome-driven quarterly goals.
  4. Teach individuals and teams the importance of transparency, feedback, and reflections and how to act on these.
  5. Engage with partners at all levels to bridge teams and domains, so we work as ONE LEGO team.
  6. Facilitate retrospectives, navigate conflicts, and establish coaching contracts to define clear goals and evaluate progress every three months.
  7. Act as a main contact for product teams in Copenhagen and Billund, balancing strategic leadership support with hands-on coaching.
Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding

You will find a home in the Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering Technology (OMP) department in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be part of an enabler team of 10 coaches who support approximately 25 product teams, with a balanced presence between Billund and Copenhagen.

Do you have what it takes?

There is no certificate, education, or specific combination of skills that can magically beam you into our team. However, we do have some important abilities that we insist on. These are:

  1. A strategic mentality with the ability to challenge assumptions and dive deep into the "why."
  2. Experience working with leadership teams, including Heads of Product and Directors.
  3. A pragmatic, data-driven approach, and a solid ability to dig out root causes.
  4. Hands-on experience within all Agile Coaching stances and integrity about which of them you need to get better at.
  5. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
  6. Good experience in designing, facilitating, and driving workshops with larger groups and across teams – in both physical, hybrid, and virtual contexts.
  7. Familiarity with Jira and an understanding of roadmap challenges in Agile organizations.
  8. Superb communication and collaboration skills with a direct, confident style that helps simplify complex topics.
  9. Experience working in larger organizations and understanding slower operational processes compared to startups.
  10. A proactive approach to fostering alignment, adjusting strategies, and continuously asking the right questions to drive improvement.
  11. A positive, energized personality that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable.

Join us and be part of a team that is highly valued by the business, helping drive agility, alignment, and impactful transformations
