To support our work, we are looking for a new colleague to join a formidable corporate strategy team working directly with executive management and our owners EQT.

You have a collaborative mindset and get excited about solving complex business challenges. In this position, you will work closely with our senior management across five North European markets, addressing the most critical issues to shape and deliver on our strategic direction.
The position demands a combination of analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as solid business and strategic acumen.

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, your work will cover:
- Leading strategy projects run by the team
- Evolving our market position and portfolio strategy
- Forming a perspective on topics and trends of strategic importance
- Proposing measures to stay on track with our five-year strategic plan
- Ensuring our strategy is fully understood by the ~1850 people in our company
- Leading M&A Projects including pre-DD, DD, negotiations, and post-merger integration work, as well as divestments and strategic partnerships
- Monitoring our M&A pipeline, including market activity in key segments
- Supporting development of materials for the Board of Directors and executive management

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A strong track record of delivering strategy and analytical tasks of high quality, with potentially 3-5 years of experience from a top-tier management consultancy or a corporate strategy function. Experience with financial analysis and modeling is also required.
- A self-motivated attitude with a high drive; you take ownership and execute efficiently. You are comfortable working with all colleagues across the organization, including presenting and problem-solving with senior management.
- A relevant academic degree at the Master's level.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Danish, Swedish, German, or Norwegian as a plus. You are also a skilled user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
