Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Hs Mittweida Full time
Company Description
With more than 3,000 employees, Deloitte is the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark. We tailor solutions across Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Risk Services, Technology, and Transformations.

You will join Deloitte Audit and Assurance as an IT auditor in our IT Audit and Assurance team. We help clients transform the ways in which they leverage people, technology, processes, and controls to address their financial and operational risks and drive performance within their business operations.

Job Description

As a graduate, you will enrol in Deloitte's Audit and Assurance Consultant Programme and be ready to make an impact that truly matters. We offer you a learning journey that'll help you make the most of your talent.

The Programme is a combined training path where you learn about overall Deloitte topics and more IT Audit and Assurance topics for you to grow in your functional area. The Programme offers an excellent place for you to network with both your peers and senior people. Dedicated consultants from all areas of Audit and Assurance will share both their expertise and experiences and help you to get a great career start in a curious and inclusive community.

As an IT Auditor, we help our clients in the following ways:
  • Identify risks and weaknesses, enabling the definition of solutions for introducing controls over processes supported by IT.
  • Help organizations take advantage of new and innovative technologies and better manage their risks through advisory and managed services.
  • Test controls implemented to mitigate risks around the use of IT, as part of supporting financial auditing tasks as well as for third-party reporting.
  • Provide clients with assurance reports on several topics, including general IT controls in an outsourcing environment, application and process controls, and protection of personal data and GDPR (e.g., ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SOC).
  • Support and transform internal audit functions to provide relevant and timely insights to Executive Management and the Board on a wide range of risks.
  • Work across functions within Deloitte to provide our clients with the right set of skills.
You will be working across departments on international projects, and you will quickly be involved in client proposals and help produce key analyses and reports. We will make sure that you get familiar with the latest models, methodologies, tools, and frameworks so that you feel confident when approaching the client. We believe in leadership at all levels. Therefore, we foster a culture that encourages you to take the lead on your personal development in close collaboration with your dedicated coach assigned to you to serve as a mentor and a sounding board.

The team consists of different nationalities with varied backgrounds and therefore embraces diversity of thought. We strive to foster an inclusive culture founded on collaboration, curiosity, and high ambitions. We offer you a strong and often life-long professional network, allowing you to unfold your full potential. You will become part of a large team, and your development will take place in a truly social environment, which is of high importance to us.

If you choose IT Audit and Assurance as the next step in your career, you can expect that we:
  • Give you excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Let you work in a dynamic international environment.
  • Do our utmost to integrate you well in our team, including opportunities to get closer to your colleagues.
We promise you that we will take a dedicated approach to your continued learning and development. We have a proven track record of accelerating talent development founded on hands-on experience and a structured and tailored course program, and your colleagues and experienced consultants will serve as your sounding boards.

Qualifications
Based on client needs and your skill set and preferences, the focus of your assignments may vary within these topics:
  • Analyzing business processes to identify risks and provide advisory for optimization purposes.
  • Providing deep insights into existing and emerging risks in different processes and organizations through examination and evaluation of an organization's information technology infrastructure, policies, and operations.
  • Performing wide-ranging IT audits and IT reviews to provide our clients with practical recommendations to protect corporate assets, ensure data integrity, and alignment with the organization's overall goals.
  • Supporting our clients' internal audit projects to identify areas for improvement and provide related recommendations to the Executive Management.
What you bring to the team:
  • You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience in data or computer science, audit, management, business administration, economics, accounting, information technology, or a similar business degree.
  • You have the ability to work independently but also as a team player.
  • You adapt easily to changing circumstances, as you enjoy facing new challenges every day.
  • You are a strong communicator, analytical, proactive, and know how to tackle a problem.
  • You are curious about and have a passion for technology.
  • You are keen on having daily interaction and close collaboration with the client.
  • Relevant work experience in information technology systems, business and financial controls, process management, or any related field.
Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
