About the Role

As an HSE Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest safety standards across our operations. From developing HSE plans to training site crews and conducting risk assessments, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HSE plans for local sites (WIVs, SOVs, onshore sites, and subcontracted transport vessels)
  2. Train site crews and ensure compliance with HSE procedures
  3. Prepare detailed site HSE procedures and emergency plans
  4. Conduct risk assessments for T&I operations, mobilizations, and installation tasks
  5. Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for HSE compliance
  6. Oversee HSE aspects of mission equipment manufacturing and operations
  7. Develop training and induction materials for site teams and subcontractors
  8. Establish KPI reporting schemes for sites and mission equipment manufacturing
  9. Provide back-office HSE support, including reporting, investigations, and client/subcontractor liaison

What We're Looking For

  1. Strong background in HSE management within Renewables Energy
  2. Experience in risk assessment, safety training, and emergency planning
  3. Ability to collaborate with teams across various sites and operations
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
