Join a growing international company and lead our operations in DenmarkVitamin Well Group is expanding, and Denmark is an important growth market. To support this, we are looking for an Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for Logistics, Customer Service and Order Management in Denmark. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building and optimizing processes from the ground up.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly-motivated Operations Manager for Vitamin Well Denmark. You will be overall responsible for our operations in Denmark and report directly to our Managing Director in Denmark. The role includes managing a smaller operations team, demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and 3PL logistics. You will work closely with Sales, HQ, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. You will also lead and develop a local operations setup, with a focus on customer service and supply chain processes, ensuring they are structured for both current needs and future growth. The role is based at our Danish headquarters in central Copenhagen.
When you step into this role, you will immediately have the opportunity to challenge and shape the way forward, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. As the business evolves and you settle into the position, your role will expand—going beyond day-to-day execution to identifying operational improvements, increasing efficiencies, and driving long-term enhancements to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities include:- Lead and develop the Danish operations team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Overall responsibility for Vitamin Well operations in Denmark, acting as the key point of contact for all operational matters and ensuring seamless execution across supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
- Establish and optimize operations, ensuring efficiency in demand planning, procurement, and logistics to support business growth.
- Manage inventory, striking the right balance between availability and minimizing waste to drive cost-effective operations.
- Oversee 3PL partnerships, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and strong collaboration with logistics providers.
- Enhance customer service and supply chain processes, ensuring smooth order handling, on-time delivery, and high service levels.
- Support cross-functional teams, contributing operational insights and process improvements to sales, marketing, and finance.
- Own the operations budget, making data-driven, cost-effective decisions to support sustainable growth.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or demand planning
- Proven ability to take ownership and lead—whether through direct leadership experience or by driving operational improvements with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes
- Experience working with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and logistics partners
- A structured and hands-on approach, with a focus on execution and results
- Fluency in Danish and English
- The opportunity to establish and shape operations in a fast-growing market
- A dynamic and entrepreneurial company where decisions are made quickly
- A collaborative and informal workplace with cross-functional teamwork
- Competitive salary and benefits
As every process is unique and so are you, we will ask you to submit a CV and not only apply with your LinkedIn profile.
