Online Consultant (Vejle, Denmark)
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers through online platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Identify and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations and educate customers on features and benefits
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations or difficult customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent approach in addressing customer needs
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide necessary follow-up
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Comfortable working with technology including online platforms, CRMs, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work full-time including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Vejle, Denmark. While nationality is not a strict requirement, preference will be given to candidates who are already living in or willing to relocate to Vejle.
