We are searching for a dedicated and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Vejle.
As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various online platforms including email chat and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
If you have excellent communication skills are tech-savvy and enjoy helping others then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email chat and social media channels
- Provide accurate information and guidance on products or services
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in written form emailchat as well as verbal phone
- Strong knowledge of online communication platforms and social media
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically
- Patience and empathy towards clients inquiries or concerns
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English other languages are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
