Job Summary

Seeking a Planning Engineer for a large-scale engineering and construction project in the pharmaceutical sector. Responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project delivery.

We are currently looking for Planning Engineers in Copenhagen, Denmark or surrounding area and willing to commute.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, considering engineering and construction requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align planning efforts with project goals
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
  • Implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to schedules
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
  • Utilise project management tools to track progress and analyse data
  • Continuously improve planning processes and implement best practices for effective scheduling

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degrees or project management certifications preferred
  • 3-5 years of project planning and scheduling experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or similar projects
  • Effective collaborator, fostering a positive team environment
  • Industry Standards: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical project planning and scheduling standards
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying project plans and requirements
  • Committed to professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Must have EU citizenship
